After windshield replacement. Maintenance may be put clear tape over the roof for attaching completely. Please do not pull out until 24 hours. While driving, you can hear the clear tape against wind. That is not unusual.
Should not wipe the car, wash the car because the windscreen may be the pressure at the car wash. (Can hit the rain. Nevermind.)

If you want to tint the windshield. Allow at least 3 days after the change. Because the process to tint on the windscreen include drying and film pressing. The windshield will be the pressure and heat.
If you fail to follow these recommendations, you'll have to pay for nothing and to replace it again.
I have a couple of pretty large cracks in my windshield, and I thought I could just get it repaired, but it turns out they're too big to be repaired, and the entire windshield just needs to be replaced. It's good to note that after the windshield is replaced, it will have the clear tape on it, but out of curiosity why can't I take it off for 24 hours? It rains a lot where I'm from, and I'm not sure if the clear tape will impair my vision while I'm driving, or if my windshield wipers will tear the tape.
